About the event
A new horror play from Switch_MCR.
Benjamin Bates is sitting in a room alone. A Woman walks in.
‘The Other Side’ follows a newly engaged couple as they navigate grief, loss, fear and their future while dealing with a house they didn’t want, the secrets they hold and the ghosts of their past.
After their sell-out production of ‘We Won’t Fall’, Gabriel Clark and Andrew Long bring a new two-act horror story to the arches of 53two.
The first half of the show is 1h 20mins and the second half is 55 mins. We will have a 20-minute interval between the two.
Please note that we have content warnings of:
· Loud sudden noises, flickering lights, strobes and haze.
· Discussions of death, horror and gore, allusions to violence.
The show is meant to be frightening, make the audience jump/engage and disrupt senses.
